Partnering with Diana and the IMPAGHR team has provided an incredible opportunity for our operations team to both effectively facilitate change and offer elevated support to our workforce. Our work with IMPAGHR began with creating a new company handbook which beautifully married policy with the culture of our organization. Given our diverse employee base, her team was also able to facilitate having the entire document translated through the recommendation of a translation partner. When providing such a recommendation or referral, Diana does not approach this lightly but rather gives thoughtful attention to ensure their work is equally elevated to the needs of our business. Our most recent work with her team has shifted to include onboarding a new benefits broker with the evaluation of our annual renewal; advising in our search for a new payroll provider and supporting the decision-making process; and rounding out the completion of the handbook as a resource for the roll-out to our full team. Though employee relations can also be challenging, Diana is able to provide direct and indirect support to reaching a positive outcome for all involved, though a thoughtful, yet systematic approach.
