Diana Souder is the Founder of IMPAG HR Solutions, a people-focused HR leader known for building strong teams, standout cultures, and delivering results.

Her career began in New Jersey as a Staffing Manager, where her conversational Spanish helped her connect more personally with candidates. She quickly advanced to Goodwin Procter in New York City, then to a nationally recognized REIT in D.C., where she discovered her passion for real estate.

In 2016, Diana joined Sagamore Ventures — the family office of Kevin Plank, founder of Under Armour — to build HR programs for startups and later shaped people strategy for the Baltimore Peninsula development. In 2023, she launched IMPAG HR Solutions to provide tailored, people-first HR strategies that help businesses thrive through growth and change.

A proud mom of two, Diana values flexibility, empathy, and work-life integration. She primarily serves businesses across the DMV and holds a degree in Communications and Spanish from West Virginia University, along with PHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
