DIANA SOUDER

Diana Souder is the Founder of IMPAG HR Solutions, a people-focused HR leader who excels at building strong teams, creating standout cultures, and delivering results — all fueled by passion and plenty of drive.
Diana’s career started in New Jersey as a Staffing Manager for a small recruiting firm, where she placed countless candidates in light industrial roles across the state. With conversational Spanish in her toolkit, Diana was able to connect more personally with Spanish-speaking candidates — breaking down language barriers, building trust, and ensuring clearer communication throughout the hiring process.
After just a year, Diana’s drive and instincts landed her in New York City at the global law firm Goodwin Procter. Supporting a team of top-tier attorneys, she sharpened her skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. From there, she made her way to D.C., joining a nationally recognized REIT to manage HR for their residential division — and that’s where her love for the real estate world began.
In 2016, Diana joined Sagamore Ventures — family office of the founder of Under Armour — where she was brought on to build and lead HR programs for a diverse portfolio of venture-backed startups. She played a hands-on role in supporting several of these businesses from their earliest stages, helping them grow into the successful, thriving companies they are today. From talent strategy and culture development to employee relations and organizational design, Diana served as a trusted advisor during critical periods of growth and change. In 2018, she transitioned into a dedicated HR leadership role for the Baltimore Peninsula project, where she shaped and guided the people strategy for one of the region’s most ambitious real estate developments.
In 2023, Diana took a bold step and launched her own HR consulting firm, IMPAG HR Solutions, turning her long-standing interest in entrepreneurship into reality. With years of experience supporting businesses through growth and change, she built IMPAG to offer tailored, people-first HR strategies that help companies thrive. Combining her passion for solving complex challenges with a commitment to creating positive workplace cultures, Diana’s entrepreneurial journey is driven by a desire to make HR approachable, effective, and truly impactful for every client she serves.
A proud mom of two young children, Diana knows firsthand the importance of flexibility, empathy, and work-life integration. Through IMPAG HR Solutions, she primarily serves businesses throughout the DMV area, helping leaders build teams and cultures that truly work best for them.
Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish from West Virginia University and is PHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
